Socked In

We awoke this morning to what seemed to be a bright and sunny day, but going outside revealed that we were surrounded by fog. It seemed so unusual that it could be so bright out while at the same time being socked in by fog. Sara flew her drone above the fog to capture beautiful misty pictures and pictures appearing as if the sun were flashlight making rings around the boat. We know this seems an odd description, but we will attach a photo when we get internet.

We got another late start today. We had stayed up late shelling and packaging all of our King Crab, no we didn’t eat it all. We froze 3 pounds for cooking and 1 pound for sushi California rolls.

We’ve had a lazy day motoring into the wind to our next anchorage where we hope to go salmon catching tomorrow.

Cheers,
Wade and Sara
