As we cleaned up the boat this afternoon, Sara grabbed the water that had to cool from canning the night before and tossed it in the ocean, Wade heard a gasp, she yelled, “Oh No!” the wire rack that goes in the bottom of the pan still laid in the bottom and plunged deeply into the ocean.
Sparks of super hero strength came out of Wade as he quickly donned his scuba gear and dove the forty foot abyss to retrieve the metal rack. As he returned to the surface with hero smile Sara jumped for joy and sang a lovely tune of excitement, as she would not be able to can any longer without such device to maintain the heat off the bottom of the jars while pressure cooking, haha.
As we watched the sunset we were amazed by the talent of the local wakeboarders, we couldn’t help but take a few pictures.
All and all a happy play day!
