Young Coconut Sponge is the when the coconut has just spouted and has not fully rooted. The sponge taste sweet and texture is light and fluffy. The breadfruit chips are breadfruit thinly sliced and fried with a sprinkle of salt. The Pandanus is boiled and spooned out of the narrow end. Dried fish is filet, rubbed with salt, and dried for several days. The raw fish is milk fish. Last the Pumpkin is grown in their gardens and boiled to perfections.
